Charles o privi atat de ciudat, ca si cum ar fi vrut sa ii fure sufletul prin acea privire. Buzele, arse de febra, ii ramasera usor intredeschise. Respira sacadat.

De dimineata, cand Peter deschise usa, Kitty adormise cu capul pe umarul lui Charles. Cartea era cazuta.
